Mr. Shields is a 1984 graduate of Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, PA. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing. His responsibilities include the management of various contracts, management of Recruiting/Human Resources Department and associated databases and internet interfaces.

Mr. Shields has over twenty four (24) years of extensive recruiting and staffing experience on major nuclear and fossil power industry projects and Government contracts.

Mr. Shields has been instrumental in managing, coordinating and maintaining NIC’s QA and QC resource support, especially in the nuclear power industry. Mr. Shields has personally managed the staffing of many of these projects over the years.
