Mr. Bennett has forty years of Quality Control and Nondestructive examination experience in the power generation, oil and gas, and construction fields. He functions as NIC’s management representative on projects, and has been appointed as our client’s Quality Management representative on numerous projects.

He currently holds five (5) ANSI N45.2.6 Level III certifications in the Welding, Mechanical, Electrical/I&C, I&C, and Civil disciplines, as well as four (4) ASNT-TC-1A/CP-189 Level III certifications in Visual, Welding, VT123, and Liquid Penetrant examinations.

Throughout his career with NIC, he has performed as a Quality Control Technician, NDE Examiner, Vendor Surveillance Inspector, Auditor, Field Site Services Supervisor and Site Quality Manager.

Mr. Bennett was selected by TVA to be the Quality Control Field Site Services Manager during construction of the restart effort at the Browns Ferry Project. Additionally, he acts as the project Level III and fleet services inspection resource coordinator for all NIC services at TVA nuclear and fossil fuel plant outages.

Prior to joining NIC in 1992, he was a certified NDE Examiner performing services on pipelines, refineries, fossil fuel and nuclear power plants, and components, as well as USDOE construction projects.
