Mr. Vigne has over twenty years experience in nuclear, fossil fuel, waste energy and aerospace industries. He has functioned as NIC’s management representative on projects and is experienced in maintaining inspection budgets, long-term asset management projections, refueling Outage planning and preparation for multiple programs including ASME Section XI In-Service inspection, pressure testing, Alloy 600, Boric Acid Corrosion Control, Safety & Non Safety Related Coatings, Repair/Replacement, Buried Piping, Flow Accelerated Corrosion Control, and License Renewal.

Certifications include ASNT NDT Level III in Magnetic Particle Testing and Ultrasonic Testing as well as Corporate Level III certifications in Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Ultrasonic Testing and Visual Testing. Michael has successfully completed PDI/IGSCC testing at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) for the Detection of Carbon and Austenitic Piping Flaws, Intergranular Stress Corrosion Cracking and Bolting utilizing the Ultrasonic Testing Method and has held the NACE CIP Level II Certification.

Mr. Vigne currently manages NIC’s Texas Operations with service offerings primarily focused on the Oil and Gas Industry. Successful projects include API and NDE support of turnarounds, capital projects, plant expansions, pipeline construction and fabrication facilities.
