Mr. Erickson has over thirty-five years of diversified work experience in progressively responsible positions that has contributed to a broad base background in the areas of quality control, nondestructive testing, and project management. His worldwide experience includes nuclear/fossil power generation, manufacturing/fabrication, aerospace, oil/gas, pipelines, and aircraft, along with a variety of construction related projects. He has held responsible positions ranging from a quality control inspector to consultant to project manager to business owner; also serving as an expert witness for matters relating to welding, nondestructive testing, and contract specifications.

Throughout his career, Mr. Erickson has continuously demonstrated his expertise in meeting demanding schedules within project pricing.

Mr. Erickson earned a degree in nondestructive testing, and currently holds ASNT national Level III certification in four methods. In addition, he is an AWS Sr. Certified Welding Inspector, and a regular contributor to national publications involving welding, inspection, quality control, materials and interpretations of national standards and specifications.

Mr. Erickson has managed and supervised quality and welding related matters on both domestic and international projects from $3M to greater than $80M. He has extensive experience involving bidding, purchasing, program/contract adherence, developing new markets and sales, implementing new programs, and organizing/directing personnel.
