Mr. Gordon has over thirty-five years of Quality Control and Nondestructive examination experience in the nuclear power generation field. He functions as NIC’s management representative on projects, and has been appointed as our client’s Quality Management representative on numerous projects.

Throughout his career in the quality services arena, he has performed as a Quality Control Technician, NDE Examiner, Vendor Surveillance Inspector, Auditor, Field Site Services Lead, and Site Quality Supervisor.

Mr. Gordon currently holds five (5) ANSI N45.2.6 Level III certification in the Welding, Mechanical, Electrical/I&C, I&C, and Civil disciplines, as well as five (5) ASNT-TC-1A/CP-189 Level III certifications in Visual, Welding, VT123, Liquid Penetrant, and Magnetic Particle examinations. Additionally, he is certified by the American Welding Society, AWS, as a Certified Welding Inspector.

Prior to joining NIC in 1979, he was a Certified Welder in several welding methods performing fabrication and welding services on large and complex nuclear components.
