Mr. Jones’s experience in Nondestructive Testing and Management spans a time frame of fifteen years. His expertise and field experience includes commercial diving, specialized applications utilizing advanced robotic NDT inspections, Ultrasonic Phased Array inspections as well as conventional NDT inspection applications. His experience has been in the Offshore Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Co-Generation Power, and Construction industries. He currently holds Level III (ASNT) Certifications in three methods, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant. In addition, he is certified by the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) for the Detection and Planar Flaw Sizing in Piping and Vessels of Stress Corrosion Cracking utilizing the Conventional and Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing Methods.

Previously, as a nuclear utility employee, Mr. Jones was a Site Level III and the Supervisor of Engineering Programs. He has performed Level III functions in Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Penetrant Testing, Eddy Current and Radiography. He coordinated and planned inspections and other related tasks between engineering, craft, and the inspectors. Functioned as the main point of contact with the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission for inspection related questions and regulated program oversight. In addition he executed Refueling Outage planning and preparation for multiple NDE related programs such as Flow Accelerated Corrosion (FAC), Buried Piping, In Service Inspection (ISI), Steam Generator Inspections and Balance of Plant NDE.
